Table Pad Warranty Information |
Your Guardian Custom Products custom-built table pad has been designed, engineered, and manufactured to provide years of trouble free use.
In the unlikely event that your table pad should fail due to a defect
in materials or workmanship during normal use within the following quality time periods, from date of purchase.
We will repair or replace your table pad, at our option, without charge.

set of main pads are not covered by warranty

- Warranty is limited to the original owner of the table pad and
is non-transferable.
- Warranty excludes table pads damaged by acts of nature, alteration, abuse or lack of proper care.
- All claims for damage in transit should be reported to the Guardian Custom Products within 48 hours.
- Any initial defects of your table pads due to materials, workmanship or improper fit must be reported to Guardian Custom Products
(800/444-0778) no later than 30 days
from receipt of your table pads.
- If reported within the 30 days, Guardian will pay for shipping charges to and from the factory for inspection, repairs or replacement.
- Any defects in materials or workmanship that occur over the warranty period should be reported as soon as possible to Guardian Custom Products.
- Shipping instructions will then be provided with return authorization,
any table pads returned without approved
return authorization will be refused.
- After the 30 day inspection period, Guardian Custom Products
is not liable for shipping and packaging costs incurred by the customer
on warranty-returned items for repairs or replacement.
- Due to the table pads being a custom-built item for your particular furniture, we cannot accept returns based on the dislike of the color selections you have made.
